The museum is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. The Museum Store is open 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. seven days a week. The Museum is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day and every Tuesday in January and February.

You may take pictures inside the museum's exhibit galleries and in the Hall of Fame itself. However, in order for us to preserve and protect our priceless artifacts, flash photography is prohibited.
SoBro Grill & Catering offers full-service dining Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. featuring delicious southern cuisine. SoBro2Go is open daily 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and features lighter fare such as wraps, chips, hot dogs, cookies and a variety of beverages.

There are several public parking lots surrounding the museum. Generally, parking is $5 for the day. However, rates are higher during special concert and sporting events located downtown.
The entire museum is wheelchair accessible, and elevators serve all levels. A limited supply of wheelchairs is available for use during your visit. Wheelchairs may be checked out at the Guest Services desk, located adjacent to the Box Office. A wheelchair ramp is located on the Fifth Avenue side of the museum.
The museum is self-guided, so you may enjoy at your own pace. We recommend at least an hour-and-a-half to two hours to maximize your experience. The Museum offers a 70-minute Audio Tour narrated by WSM Radio Personality and Grand Ole Opry Announcer Eddie Stubbs and features segments by Vince Gill, Trisha Yearwood and Dolly Parton.
To truly enhance your museum experience, be sure to visit the movie theaters located inside the gallery areas. Changing Channels showcases country music on the small screen, from the dawn of the television era to modern day. Star Experience features a unique film documentary of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Soul 2 Soul tour. Throughout the museum, visitors encounter several touch-screen computer interactive stations that allow you to look at rare photographs, listen to music, watch video clips and even interview renowned songwriters including Harlan Howard, Tom T. Hall, Dolly Parton and Matraca Berg.
